1. Data Controller
This notice is prepared by QS Labs ("the Company"), operator of the QS Later product, in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
2. Purpose of Processing
- Managing account creation and membership
- Analyzing your uploaded images via AI to provide the service
- Delivering reminder notifications on time
- Measuring and improving service quality
- Fulfilling legal obligations
3. Categories of Personal Data Processed
- Identity and contact information: name, email address
- Customer transaction data: uploaded images, analysis results, reminder records
- Transaction security data: session and authentication logs
4. Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, including where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, the legitimate interests of the data controller, and, where applicable, your explicit consent.
5. Data Transfers
To the extent necessary to provide the service, your personal data may be shared with our hosting (Supabase) and AI analysis (Google Gemini) service providers, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Beyond these transfers, your data is not shared with third parties.
6. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about such processing
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of your data
- Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
7. How to Apply
You may submit written requests regarding the rights above to kvkk@qslater.com. Your request will be resolved as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
