1. Campaign: The first 100 eligible users who join the QS Later early access waitlist will be granted promotional usage credits worth 100 USD, to be used with QS Later services.
2. Eligibility: Order is determined by the moment your waitlist email address is verified. Once your email is verified, a credit is reserved for you. The credit becomes final and is added to your account when you create a QS Later account with the same email address and confirm that email address.
3. Time to create an account: A reserved credit is held for 30 days. If you do not create your account within this period, your spot expires and may pass to the next user.
4. One per person: Each person may benefit from the campaign only once. Using multiple email addresses or accounts to obtain more than one credit is prohibited.
5. Nature of the credit: The credit can only be used with QS Later services. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to anyone else, sold, or refunded as money. The credit does not expire. How the credit may be used is described within the service.
6. Cancellation: If we determine that these terms were violated or that registrations were fake or abusive, the spot and any granted credit may be cancelled.
7. Limited spots and changes: The campaign ends when all spots are taken. QS Later may close the campaign to new participants or end it; this does not affect spots already confirmed.
8. Personal data: Personal data processed for the waitlist and this campaign is handled under the Privacy Policy and the Privacy Notice (KVKK). You may withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time.
